Description

This private 3 bedroom/2 bath home (plus 3/4 bath “Beach” shower in the garage) has a spacious open-floor plan with Living, Dining, Garden Room and Kitchen. The King Bedroom has private en suite shower/bath. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twins. There is also a queen-sleeper sofa. Second full bath has shower over tub. Very handy additional shower bath in the garage for rinsing off sand from the beach. The tropical back garden patio is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Has a BBQ for grilling dinner. Only a block to the private access beach gate, then a 2-minute stroll through the dunes to the water. Half-block to fishing off the sea wall at the IntraCoastal Waterway. Stroll the beach north to Caladesi Island State Park and catch the ferry to visit another island nearby. Stroll the beach south to the bustling “beach scene” of the main Clearwater Beach area with volleyball, restaurants, live music and more.
