This unit is two levels; the lower level has one private bedroom with a queen sized bed, large living area that is full of natural light, yet private and great for entertaining and has one full size sleeper. There is also a washer & dryer. The main level has a well stocked kitchen, bathroom, & access to a large deck. A loft ladder will take you up to a small loft with a full sized bed. The deck being right off the kitchen is great for grilling, dining, relaxing and entertaining, and has amazing sunset views. The unit is light, airy and new ac/heat splits on each level. There is also an outdoor hot/cold water shower shared by both units. On a quiet street that is only steps away from all you need in P-Town. You’re close to the supermarket, galleries, restaurants, town beach, and so much more.
