Only 3 miles away from the Disneyland, this vacation house is completely redesigned and renovated to make it a home away from home for you. It has three bedrooms that have two queen beds in each, and the playroom with two sofa beds that can be used as another bedroom. You will get to enjoy high speed fiber internet, quality furniture and appliances, two 70” smart TVs, a billiard table, and watch the Disney fireworks right there in the gorgeously remodeled backyard!1. House is completely cleaned and sanitized before each and every stay. We the homeowners and managers are NOT held responsible for any COVID19-related diseases that might occur to the guests during or after their stay. It is the guests’ full and sole discretion to choose to book and stay at the property.2. Please respect the neighbors and make 9 pm – 9 am quiet hours during your stay. No parties and events are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.3. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of $500 and will result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.4. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of at least $200 but not greater than $500.5. Pets are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of at least $200 but not greater than $500.6. The house is privately owned; we the homeowners and managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or deaths that might occur while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners and managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.8. Only use appliances for their intended uses.9. People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.10. Parking: Parking is free on the driveway and on the street. Please read street signs about parking rules. The Homeowners are not held responsible for incidents such as towed vehicles, break-ins, and etc.11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
