Check out the fun driftwood-style powder room close by! Of course, there’s always the option to grill up something tasty out on the private gas grill. The yard is fully enclosed and surrounded with leafy plants, so you can swim with peace of mind. Completely renovated as of summer 2021, you’ll be able to relax in central air conditioning when you’re ready to come out of the sun. Desk workspaces under the stairs and in one upstairs bedroom will provide a peaceful place to work or study remotely.
