The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator.I work with a Turo (online vehicle rental company) representative on the big island for vehicle rentals, and my guests do get a nice discount!!
