Square feet: 1,175.New flooring; new firm but plush mattress in master bedroom; new comfortable leather recliner and sofa!WiFi, Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, VCR, and DVD players. 50″ flatscreen TV in living room; 32″ flatscreen in master bedroom.A large balcony with a spectacular mountain view overlooks the pool. We provide an electric barbeque(no charcoal to clean up).The second bedroom has separate balcony overlooking tennis and pickle ball courts, also with beautiful mountain view.Dining table comfortably seats 6.The kitchen is fully equipped, including, microwave and toaster ovens, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and more.The master bedroom with king bed features large dressing area, full bath, and seated vanity. Hair dryer also provided.The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own nearby full bath.Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are steps away from the front door. We provide rackets and paddles!
