Queen bedrooms are on the ground floor.Location: The house is situated in the Westlake Hills North Ranch neighborhood centered around a huge open green space with extensive grass areas, children’s outdoor play areas, and custom pathways. A short walk of 5 minutes takes you to Thousand Oaks Blvd where a large drive through Starbucks awaits. Lots of great shops and restaurants are found within 15 minutes WALKING distance north along TO Blvd to Westlake Blvd including a large Barnes & Noble, Cinepolis luxury dine-in movie theatre, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and scores of restaurants. South along TO Blvd leads to the Civic Arts Plaza, more malls, Mastros, pubs, and shops. All within a 25-minute walk. Westlake is a safe neighborhood.Rules:- Photo ID required showing age above 28 years old before occupation-No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 12 people allowed in the house- Max occupancy of 12 people must be respected- Smoking prohibited indoors & outdoors- $250 fine for smoking- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel- $200 extra charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning-Parking is in the driveway with plenty of space for 2 cars. Street parking is plentiful and free no limits.Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
