This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make memories while on the perfect family vacation. With this 6-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home, there is enough room for a large family or friends’ group. This sophisticated villa, features an open floor plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away! It is in the Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida, and it’s about a 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World!This sunlit home offers 2 sofas and a chair in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day’s adventure and an 8-seat dining table as well as a 4-seat breakfast nook table and 4-seat bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack.Sleeping up to 12 people, our home provides bedrooms across two floors with a King Bedroom Ensuite on the first floor as well as a ½ bath. There is a laundry room and a games room. There are five bedrooms on the second floor. Two Queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom. At the end of the hall is a King bedroom with an ensuite. On the other side of the home, there are two Double Twin Bedrooms that share a Jack-N-Jill style bathroom.Our home includes a loft area with a Wii game system and large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite tv series for the whole family to relax and enjoy.
