Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit.
