Our lovely home on Orange Street in the heart of Nantucket town is waiting to welcome your family to the best of what the island has to offer.The bright and charming main house has four to five bedrooms and two full baths. The similarly furnished guest studio/cottage over the detached garage has an additional suite with a queen bed, kitchenette and full bath along with a private entrance – perfect for a second couple, grandparent(s) or caregiver.Both buildings have central air conditioning. Between the two is a lovely private yard with a spacious patio for relaxing and outdoor dining. There’s a Weber gas grill and expansive teak table that seats eight. There is also a roomy, enclosed outdoor shower.The house is fully furnished with all the accessories you need to enjoy your stay, from board games to beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are among the included utilities.One parking space is available off-street in the private driveway; there is also plentiful on-street parking in front of the house. The heart of town – Main Street – is a short walk away via sidewalks, making it convenient to stroll downtown for shopping and dinner.No smoking/vaping, no pets.
