Fallen Oak – Pebble Beach House – Peace in the ForestThis spacious, air-conditioned, single-story home is situated on over a half acre in upper Pebble Beach. The large brick patio features a barbecue and comfortable seating around a fire pit – perfect for relaxing after a long day on the greens. Indoors, the living room has walls of glass, a fireplace that lights with a remote, and a stunning kitchen with an enormous island for cooking, dining, or gathering around. The forest view master suite, decorated in soothing shades of blue, has a King bed and an en suite bath with an angled shower. There’s a separate suite with a Queen bed, a bath with a walk-in shower and a sitting room off the entry, and two more Queen bedrooms down the hall that share a third bath with a tub/shower. With easy access to Highway One, you’ll be close to 17-Mile Drive, numerous golf courses, and the Lodge at Pebble Beach (restaurants, shops, world-class spa). A short, scenic drive takes you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Carmel-by–the-Sea, known for its unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. PARKING: maximum of three cars allowed. NOTE: Level 2 EV Charger available by arrangement PRIOR to arrival (50 amp, Tesla compatible). Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors along with a fire sprinkler system.
