Noise and talking from the rear patio, and even the four seasons room with the sliders open, carries very well, so if you are enjoying this space at any time, please keep your voices to a close, conversational volume. We have noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise is an issue. We also have neighbors who will alert us if noise becomes an issue.Other than the need for our guests to play and enjoy the outdoor space at a reasonable volume, our house rules are pretty standard. No pets, no smoking, don’t burn the house down. That kind of thing.We DO NOT allow pets. We love animals and we know you love yours, but we cannot afford the cost to clean and maintain furniture and interiors associated with allowing pets.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. There’s also the king master suite and a queen bedroom on the Main Floor, easy for anyone who doesn’t do well with stairs.
