A door in the kitchen leads to a mud room, which features a full size washing machine & dryer as well as access to the fully fenced backyard. Exit the exterior door of the house in the mudroom and you’ll find the backyard’s patio with a charcoal BBQ grill, a firepit and outdoor seating area.NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old.
