With comfortable swivel rocking chairs that you can watch the smart TV or chat the night away with family .DESK AND CHAIRWork and Play in this Englewood home!  There’s desk space for 2 laptops and a USB port wall plug is underneath. Desk holds a laptop holder, paper pad, and stapler.KITCHENThe kitchen has all the major appliances you will need to prepare a GOURMET dinner for friends and family.  On the vast granite countertop, Kuerig and drip coffeemakers are ready for your daily caffeine infusion!  The pantry has extra goodies to make meals or margaritas: Blender, Instapot, Mini Wafflemaker, Toaster and hot pot. The kitchen is packed with baking and cooking utensils, sheet/pizza pans, pots/pans, cutting boards, serving platters, lanai friendly dishware and wine glasses, and PIZZA CUTTERS!!MASTER BEDROOMA queen mattress centers the room with local art from WHIM-SEA in Englewood.  Abundant closet space and two drawered side tables topped with delicate golden lights that have USB charging ports can hold your belongings for a long stay.MASTER BATHROOMNo fighting for space with the double vanity sinks and a romantic-sized step down shower with “EXTRA space” curtain rod.  NON-Slip shower floor mat provided.GUEST BEDROOMFlanked by enchanting side table lighting, you’ll sleep on queen mattress in this serene room.  The double-door closet has shelving/ hanging space and stores the PACK ‘n PLAY provided.BUNKROOMAdults welcome!  But the kids will have a great time in their whimsical flamingo themed twin bunkbeds turned into daytime forts.GUEST BATHROOMUpdated  four piece bathroom includes a bathtub, “EXTRA space” curtain rod and NON-Slip matGARAGENo need to pack the beach stuff—We gotcha covered!! Beach chairs, Wagon, Umbrella, Beach Blankets, Yoga mats(when you go to beach yoga!), BOOGIE Boards, Cooler, Sand toys, Umbrella stroller, and Foam noodles.Washer and Dryer is available for guest use and stocked with laundry detergent, iron and ironing board.You will have access to the entire property, as this is a whole home rental. However, we do have some locked cabinets in the house and garage that you will not be able to access.WE are located:5 minutes away from golf courses.14 minutes from Englewood Beach.15 minutes from Pickleball/tennis courts at Englewood Sports Complex .11 mintues from Myakka State Park1.2 miles to the Englewood East playground.This house can host 8 people comfortably.  Extra guests are $50 per person nightly.  Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the pool patio. There are 2 security cameras, one facing the driveway, the other facing the pool.
