This carefully maintained cottage is ideal for family vacations from spring through fall: less than 350 yards from sandy beaches on Cape Cod Bay, an ideal spot for swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, and matchless shell-fishing. Stroll home for lunch, a late afternoon nap, or back to the western-facing beach for the beautiful sunsets. Close to art galleries, fresh water ponds, restaurants, and a short drive to ocean beaches in the isolation of the National Seashore.The house has one bedroom on the first level, and three on the second floor (one of which is ideal for a nursery), with a 160 sq. ft. deck off the master bedroom; two baths, and a recently renovated kitchen. A new Vermont Castings gas stove keeps the evenings warm when needed. At the rear, a patio and outdoor shower are linked to the upper deck. The wooded setting is perfect for quiet relaxed living.
