La Vida del Sol is it!!!Our beach house features two covered porches appointed with relaxing wicker rockers and chairs, a huge deck overlooking the private pool and terrace level lanai (covered) adjacent to the pool.As you enter the driveway, you experience the tranquil view of the private pool area featuring comfortable lawn chairs, a dining table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower; all enclosed for privacy by a white picket fence.Entering on the Terrace Level, the cozy media room opens directly onto the covered lanai for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying family and friends. There is a queen bedroom and full bath off the media room. The sofa in the media room also serves as a queen size bed, when needed. The double garage is filled with beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys/floats, and bicycles, plus an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer for your convenience.The Main Level invites you into a wonderful open and spacious Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with Florida views and access to the secluded front covered porch – great for morning coffee. However, if golf isn’t you’re thing, you can take a morning stroll along the beach or bike, walk or jog the 18-mile path that winds along Scenic 30A passing several lakes and National parks offering gorgeous views of the Gulf.
