Isle of PalmsFamily home- Elizabeth’s CottageThis beach house has been in our family for over 50 years and through 4 generations. We hope you will make amazing memories like we have in this house and on this beach.The house is located one block from two different beach paths. You can take 21st Ave Beach path or 23rd.Location is just blocks away from the front beach, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. A short drive to the marina to grab lunch, fishing supplies, or walk alongside the water. House is 10 minutes to the heart of Mt. Pleasant, 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island, and 25 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston.The house can occupy 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 Queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, Keurig, plates, silverware, ect. Beach towels and sand toys are provided as you head to the beach for the day.Our favorite part of the house is relaxing on the screened in porch in the rocking chairs, listening to the ocean or spending quality time with one another on our quiet street. Spend time in the fenced in back yard underneath the beautiful oak tree.Come see why we love our little slice of paradise at the beach!*** Rules to remember:As we want to keep our home in the best condition, please adhere to the following rules: no dogs, no smoking and no parties. This is a family home and it is surrounded by family friends and neighbors.
