Two parking spaces are conveniently located right outside the front door of the unit and provide easy access for unloading groceries, etc. (No parking garage or elevators to deal with!) Free secure wireless internet is available inside the unit.The master bedroom has a king bed and TV and a private balcony overlooking the grounds of Gulf Highlands. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. Downstairs has a queen-size sleeper sofa, two recliners and a 50″ Smart TV. The kitchen is FULLY furnished. There is a half-bath downstairs for convenience. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. All linens are furnished. The townhouse has a nice patio with a gas grill and picnic table provided for your use.Our unit is conveniently located near Frank Brown Sports Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonder Works, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, bowling alley/arcade, Walmart, Publix grocery store, Post Office and numerous restaurants and other activities.
