Welcome to Shanahan Shores in the Tigertail Beach neighborhood. This family focused vacation rental has everything you need to travel light with little ones and feel right at home. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this house is perfect for two families traveling together or bring the grandparents along with your family for a sunshine filled stay!Maximum Occupancy: 10 (4 adults, 6 children/infants)City of Marco Island Rental Ordinance: “It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.”Primary Bedroom- King Size BedGuest Room 1- King Size Bed and CribGuest Room 2- Five Twin Beds (two sets of bunk beds with one trundle- the top bunks are not meant for adults!)The house is equipped with a Highchair, Inglesina Fast Dining Chair, Kids Dinnerware & Sippy Cups, Booster Seat, Fisher Price Sit Me Up Floor Seat, a Pottery Barn Crib, Skip Hop Changing Pad, Step Stool, Potty Seat and Bath Seat. Each bedroom has a white noise machine/alarm clock with blackout curtains. There are oodles of pool toys, floats and puddle jumper kids life jacket vests as well as an entertainment center filled with games and toys for rainy days. Parents, enjoy some relaxing time by the fire table at night with a glass of wine.•Do not set the AC below 71 degrees-may cause freeze-up and loss of cooling•This property is non-smoking and violators are subject to a $500 fine•No Animals/Pets•No Parties (no additional guests allowed on property)•Please remove shoes in the home•Suntan lotion will stain carpets/fabrics. You will be responsible for any damages.•Leave lanai screen door unlocked for weekly pool maintenance and keep the water level mid-way on skimmer.•NO glass around or in the pool area (we have tons of plastic ware)•DO NOT touch pool heaters/controls.•Keep LOUD noise on the lanai to a minimum after 10pm (city ordinance)•No parking on swale and cars may not block sidewalks (city ordinance)We provide the following STARTER items:Two (2) rolls of toilet tissue per toiletOne (1) bar of soap per sink and shower/tubOne (1) roll of paper towels on the kitchen counterTwo (2) dishwasher pods on the kitchen counterTwo (2) laundry detergent pods on the dryerTwo (2) wastebasket liners per wastebasket
