A mix of young families and retirees in the neighborhood, all very friendly. Across the street is a small forest with trails and fun for kids.The Boulder bike trail system is immediately accessible, with playgrounds and parks just minutes away by foot, bike, or car. Foothills Parkway is nearby, providing great access to Denver or to the north, and Arapahoe Ave is also nearby, providing access to downtown Boulder and mountains.Five minutes to Whole Foods, Safeway and other grocery stores, nearest hospital, and many other shops and restaurants.
