Family Friendly, Clean & Cozy Getaway Licensed STR#009730Welcome to your new home away from home! You will fall in love with this beautifully designed space that was completed in 2021. Our inviting pine tree lined streets will surround you as you pull up into your own private parking space. As you step into the fresh mountain air, you will notice the safe, clean neighborhood. Your home away from home has a private path with thoughtfully placed motion lights leading up to your own entrance. You will have a keypad to access the self contained attached apartment.Once inside you will have a flight of stairs to the main space containing an open kitchen, dining and living area. The natural sunlight and pine trees will shine through the many windows and skylights. The living space is furnished with a pull out, queen sized memory foam mattress. You will have access to the high speed internet and two smart tv’s. You will also be welcomed with a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you’ll find a gas burning stove and Bosch dishwasher along with all of the necessary items to make you feel right at home in the kitchen. Cozy up with your family and friends in this custom built attached guest house.You will find your private bathroom stocked with toiletries, plush white towels, a flat iron & blowdryer.If you need to do laundry while you stay with us, you will have access to your own full sized washer and dryer.The bedroom is as pleasing as the rest of the space with its 4 high windows with custom barn wood shutters. Off of the bedroom is a private balcony/covered deck. You will have a large closet with lots of room to hang your clothes and store luggage. Here you will also find extra bedding for the plush queen sized pull out sofa. The master bed is a king sized Blackstone memory foam mattress, dressed in crisp white linens, a down alternative comforter & duvet, and topped with a super soft blanket.Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the second story deck or cozy in with an evening drink in the crisp mountain air of your own private balcony. We can’t wait to be your host for your next mountain getaway!**NO Night owls PLEASE** 4 People Maximum, NO Parties, Quiet hours must be respected 10pm-7am.
