Family Friendly Cottage with Lg screen porch – 100 Ft of Direct Beach Access!Our home has central heat and air with ceiling fans in every room. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the other two bedrooms with additional sleeping on a full size futon in the living area. The sun room and living room are separate and allow for those who may wish to read or visit while others watch the 50 inch tv in the sun room. The extra large screen porch offers comfortable seating for 8 and is the perfect place to enjoy a good book, great conversations or just to relax after a day on the beach or site seeing. Visitors to our home have given the porch a 5 star rating.The house is located in a quiet part of the island and offers a wide uncrowded beach. And you are only a short drive away from award winning Charleston and Mt Pleasant.For your convenience an outdoor shower has hot and cold water.For families with children the Recreation Center on the island is a must. Full equipped playground, basket ball courts, tennis courts.Kitchen towels are provided. Linens and bath towels are not provided.You may order these linens from IOP Cleaning & Mgt Co. Make sure you call ahead so they will have them delivered before your arrival.
