Beautiful family friendly home with an easy walk down to the lake! The main floor has a wonderful open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath attached. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. The living room opens up to a huge sunroom with a queen bed, and the sunroom opens up to a large deck with a gas grill and breathtaking views of the lake!Head down stairs to the partially finished basement and find a ping pong table and 2 more bedrooms with full size beds and a bathroom.Exit the home onto the large grassy backyard perfect for lawn games, then head through the fence to the lake!We have gently sloping lake access, perfect for young kids or dogs to play in the shallow water. Or you can cannonball off the end of the dock into 20 ft water. There is space available on the shore of the lake to build your own fire and roast marshmallows and connect with nature. We have a 2 slip boat dock, one of which houses our boat, the second is perfect for yours.We have a variety of baby items available for you to use, if needed.We are located in Martin, Ga. 45 minutes from Clemson by boat, 55 minutes by car.
