Family friendly lake front property with boat slip and Mountain View’s!Enjoy this wonderful and inviting property overlooking the scenic mountain views and beautiful Lake Chatuge!The property is located in the heart of downtown Hiawassee, and within easy access to shops and restaurants. Not to mention a quick walk to Dairy Queen for a an ice cream!You will fall in love with both the indoor and outdoor space of this property. The house is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean!The main floor includes the master bedroom and an open family room, dinning room and kitchen area. You can access the covered back porch to enjoy your cocktail or coffee on our large porch swing, and gas fire pit as you overlook the lake and large grassy back yard. A perfect spot to throw the football or play a game of corn hole. The large wood burning stone fire pit is ready for a night of family gatherings and s’mores!Downstairs you will find a large great room perfect for movies and hanging out, 2 bedrooms and fun bunk nook.
