With 2 queen beds in master bedroom, 2 queen beds in guest bedroom, 3rd bedroom (no windows) has 2 twins which we can assemble as a king if requested, and a single twin for added sleeping in the convertible 4th bedroom which serves as an expansion of the living room for privacy in the evening with glass doors and opens for use during the day. There is a large 20-ft balcony, full granite and stainless kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room and dining area seats 6-8.
