Guests can expect a family-friendly, fully-furnished home with ample space, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and more! We are less than 15 minutes from downtown. We have something for everyone, from the pingpong table to the large fenced yard and enclosed porch. Come relax and be our guest. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!The Space:Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. As you step inside, the staircase is straight in front of you. On the right, you will see the living room with a decorative fireplace; on the left, you will see the first bedroom. Walk straight from the front door to reach the kitchen and dining area.Off the fully-equipped kitchen is a full bathroom, laundry room, and screened-in porch. The remaining four bedrooms and the second full bathroom are upstairs.Outside, enjoy a large fenced yard with family and friends!Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Our house sits in a residential area with easy access to Truman Parkway and downtown Savannah! Very convenient in location – we are just near Sandfly and Isle of Hope, with restaurants, shops, and schools.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
