Best described as a ranch-style beach house, it is within walking distance of the beach. This is a family-friendly space where everyone in your party can find a spot to relax.The Sprunt Pond home on Hilton Head Island, SC, is located near the South Beach area of Sea Pines, an area noted for its golf courses and tennis courts. The beach is less than two blocks away from the house, and a short bike ride will quickly deliver guests to the South Beach Marina where there are shops, restaurants, water sports rentals, and boat tour facilities. The Sprunt Pond home has an outdoor grill, a screened-in porch, and a deck.Guests can watch the 55-inch flatscreen television in the living room, where there is also a fireplace, or they can watch the smaller television that is on the screened-in porch. A loft provides a great place for kids to sleep or play. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bath with a shower, and two bedrooms have televisions.
