Family Friendly home on a wooded lot 1 1/3 miles from the Big House! 4 bedrooms (Two upstairs and two down) and two baths (one upstairs bathtub only and one main floor shower only) available for home football games and graduation.Walk to York or Roos Roast for your coffee and brunch, and hit up Fraser’s or Madras Masala for after the game for dinner and drinks – or cook in our kitchen just like you’re at home!We have a main floor playroom as well as a finished playroom in the basement with loads of toys, so bring your kids!*Summer guests* – We have central AC, but for some reason one upstairs bedroom has no vents. For that bedroom we have a portable AC in the room that vents out the window.
