This house is on a peninsula, on Raymond Cape, in the middle of beautiful Sebago Lake. It sits on cove side making for a lovely, calm beach. The private beach is a sandy, gradual entry beach. The lawn is flat and landscaped. The house is very family friendly. Furnishings are a family mix. 2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a futon in the family room for extra sleeping space.This is a lovely place to call home for a week or more. It is on a paved road, in a quiet area. It has a finished walk-out basement with sliders from family room and lower bedroom onto patio. North Windham is just 20 minutes away.
