** Family Friendly Ski In – Ski Out Condo in charming Granby Ranch **It has been a long time dream of ours to own a mountain place of our own and we are proud and excited to share our little slice of heaven with you! This 2 bed/2 bath ski in ski out condo has never been rented and is so well cared for. When you begin your stay, you’ll have free parking right outside the front door, be steps to the hot tub, community grill, and the Granby Ranch ski resort (great for winter skiing/boarding or summer biking!). Granby Ranch is a perfect place to bring your family, in fact, it’s our families favorite place to be no matter the season! Enjoy skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, golf, an adorable little town (Rocky Mountain Roasters is a MUST for any coffee lover). The community center allows you access to a year round heated pool, gym and game room, all in walking distance from our front door. Inside the one level condo, you’ll feel rested and cozy whether snuggled in bed or sitting in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen houses all of your cooking essentials and the dining table allows you to enjoy a meal or play one of the many board games available as a family or friend group. We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to make your vacation most enjoyable, whether you decide to spend it indoors or outdoors.
