It’s time to relax and leave the rest to us.Our units comes equipped with upgraded colored linens, beside fans, sound machine, multi charging cords and pads for phones, beach towels, Bogg bag, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, RTIC cooler, margarita maker, binoculars, playstation 4 with games, full length mirror, first aid kit, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods and a starter supply of toilet tissue.The Summit does require a fee paid directly to the complex of $27 (No Cash) per reservation for parking and wristbands. This fee is not included in your rental rate.
