Family friendly townhome that sleeps 10!!!! Book for fall/ski season ❄️

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKINGLocated within walking distance of the highlands ski slope is this large 2,412 sq. ft. townhouse with 4 beds, 4.5 baths, 2 car garage, and open floor plan that is great for entertaining. The house can comfortably sleep 10 people. The family room has hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, bay window, and door that leads to deck that overlooks Devils Knob Golf Course.⛳ (No access to the Devils Knob Golf Course) The TV is equipped with Roku for streaming Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. The fully equipped open concept kitchen has bar seating for 4, and SS appliances. The dining room can accommodate 10 people. Also on the main floor is a 1/2 bath, full size washer and dryer, and stairs that lead to the garage. On the 2nd level, the enormous master bedroom has a private bath with double sink vanity, and large walk-in closet. On the 2nd level is another large bedroom with private bathroom, and double closet. On the 3rd level is 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet, new furniture, new bedding, and new linens and towels. All of our guests are supplied with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags.Please note: We are not considered “resort members” so you will not have access to resort run amenities such as the Wintergarden Spa, Devils Knob Golf Course or Devils Knob Grill. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. We highly recommend checking directly with the resort to confirm. You can go to the WPOA website for the best recommended hiking trails and current events in the area.For ski rentals, you’ll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info.Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.Off the mountain, enjoy the many local breweries, wineries and restaurants – Hill Top Berry Farm & Winery, Veritas, Devils Backbone, Bold Rock hard cider, Margaritas and Giuseppe’s Restaurant to name a few. There is also a grocery store, ABC Store, and Dollar General in Nellysford.The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain.
