This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home home has a private screened-in pool with a fun curved slide, game room, high-speed internet and patio area right outside the patio door.• Cousy floor-plan for the family to enjoy• Only three miles to Disney• Security 24/7 a gated community• Centralize location to access the surrounding area• Near shopping center & restaurants• Lots of amenities – Movie theater, Game room, Basketball & tennis courtsThe fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender,orange juicer, crockpot, and coffee maker. All cooking utensils provided.The dining area seats six in comfort at the table and an additional four in the breakfast nook (overlooking the pool). There also is a breakfast bar which has three stools. There is patio furniture for dining by the pool.The living room has a large flat screen TV (44) with DVD. Our home has a full laundry with a washer, dryer and iron. Also has a LP Gas BBQ Grill.The master suite has a 40 inch flat screen TV, a king-size bed and an attached master bath with an oversized bathtub and separate shower. The jr. master suite has a TV with DVD, queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, each with two twin beds share a bathroom in between them.For your convenience, a crib, highchair, stroller and some pool toys are provided at no extra charge.
