The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom) and an additional twin-sized bed.We do not allow smoking in the condo or on the enclosed or outside porch area (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Please inquire about needs for more than two cars if this will be an issue at any time.- Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.Renters must agree to and abide by the Samoset condo association rules.
