Stayed entertained with a game of pool, ping pong, corn hole or take a dip in this sparkling pool while BBQing in the beautiful Arizona sunshine. Enjoyed a home cooked meal in this large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating space. Great location with easy freeway access to get you anywhere in the Valley. No matter what your looking to do on your vacation you can find it in the home or close by.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire home.Other things to noteMust be 25 years of age to rent home.NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Phoenix City OrdinanceRing camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyardNo smoking in home at any time. Any signs of smoking will result in $1000 fine.
