This spacious three bedroom will feature a king sized bed in the master bedroom along with a whirl pool jetted tub in the private master bathroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom, another king bed in the third bedroom, a convertible queen sleeper sofa in the living room, washer and dryer, private patio or balcony and may other convenient comforts.The three bedroom villa at Governors Green will offer you everything you need for a memorable vacation in Historic Williamsburg. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.Cancellation Policy:Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance.
