This is a FABULOUS condo for 3 or 4 couples. 3 bedrooms 3 baths– 2 king beds, and 3 single beds. The couch in the second living room opens to great queen. The beach is right across the street. The unit has two kitchens, one small art deco one, and a larger fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Dining room faces small patio. You are a ten minute walk on the boardwalk from the heart of south beach.This rental is NOT for you, if a few broken floor tiles will bother you or some older art deco dining room chairs- we leave these as is to preserve the art deco ambiance.Parking is difficult– it is south beach. There is valet parking in the hotels across the $35-45 per day depending on hotel. You may also be able to rent our parking pass for $15 per night that allows you to park on a first come first serve basis around the condo
