This cozy getaway is located off of Deerfield Road in Water Mill, in the township of Southampton and provides easy access to the towns of Southampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Water Mill. It is just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, vineyards, farmers markets and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Route 27 is accessible via backroads, saving time when traveling to and from New York City.The property features a large solar heated swimming pool makeing swimming and pool time fun. Grill poolside or lounge with your favorite cocktail on the shaded deck while entertaining family and friends.About the house:A beautiful flowered courtyard greets you as you approach the front door. The open floor plan on the first floor includes a kitchen, dining room and living room that opens through sliding doors to the deck and backyard. The first floor also includes a master bedroom suite with private bath, as well as a guest bathroom and laundry.The second floor has three bedrooms, including a second master suite with full bath and Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath round off the second floor.The house is equipped with cable TV, apple TV, internet, fireplace and central air. Included are a complete kitchen with cookware and dishes. Linens and towels are also included for your convenience.This home is perfect for families and great for entertaining. The family pet is welcomed. The backyard is fenced in.
