(No waiting for elevators! )☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆This space can host 8 adults, with ample room for everyone to have their own space! On the first floor, we have two Queen sleeper sofas. Upstairs, we have 3 bedrooms. In the first room, there is a quad bunk bed, in the second bedroom we have a Queen bed and in the last room a King bed.The sleeping area on the ground floor is connected to the kitchen/living room. This is an open floor space, so there is no door to enclose the sleeping area. If you need privacy this room is not for you, so keep this in mind when booking the place. However, this area has a full view of the private back patio and a view of the canal, which more than makes up for it :)Upstairs, we have a room for the kids, with a four place bunk bed and their own tv to use on those rare rainy days that prohibit beach going. The bunk room allows access to the master bedroom which overlooks the canal. The last bedroom is a private Queen room that overlooks the parking area.☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆There are two full bathrooms upstairs and two half bathrooms in this home, all of which have been recently remodeled. The first half bathroom is off the back room next to the laundry on the ground floor, with a sink and a standing shower. Outside in the living room, we have the second half bathroom with a sink and toilet. Finally, upstairs, we have a full bathroom with a tub that is off the stairs landing as well as a private master bathroom with a full shower and toilet.☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆One of the centerpieces of the home is the open-concept kitchen & dining area. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials, with an adjacent dining room so that everyone here will be included in the fun!Right next to the kitchen, you will find a large dining table with seating up to 8. If extra seating is needed, there is another table with more seating right outside the patio doors.Here is what to expect in our kitchen:- Frying pan with small spatulas- Pot for boiling- Full knife set- Chopping board- Coffee machine (bring your own coffee)- Plates, bowls, cutleries, and mugs- Baking trays- Stove top, microwave, oven, and dishwasher☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆With a large, comfy sectional, giant smart TV, with console gaming and a cool beach-themed painting on the wall, you will want to have all of your movie nights & game nights right here in this main living area.
