This is our primary family residential home. We are looking to rent for at least 30 days for the month of June/July. There may be some flexibility in dates so please inquire with your exact dates.Our home is in a quiet neighborhood of families, bike path nearby, private backyard pool, garden/wooded setting with outside dining table area. Bike-ridable distance to most places in The Woodlands, including waterway and many parks throughout. Kitchen remodel with quartzite countertops and built-in breakfast nook with seating for 4 to 8 with expanding table. Living room with 65″ wall-mounted TV, within view of the outside pool area. Dining room with seating for 8, open to Great Room with 60″ wall-mounted TV with comfy sectional. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. 4 newer bikes for adult/young adult sized. First floor laundry room.Located 30 minutes north from Houston IAH airport.
