Family House, 2 K BR’s, Private Spa/Deck, 2 pools.The Family House – This two-story 1880’s Cigar Maker’s Cottage has been completely renovated and has a living room with 65″ Smart TV, Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and lovely original artwork. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, etc. Foil, wrap, zip-lock bags, coffee, sugar, cream and dishwasher soap are included. There is a breakfast bar with stools adjacent to the dining room with floor to ceiling windows over looking the gardens, outdoor table/chairs and your private jacuzzi. Downstairs is a full bath and another outdoor shower. Upstairs in the loft style 2nd story are two bedrooms with a half bath separating the 2 King bedrooms and an office/make-up area. Both king bedrooms feature a King memory foam bed and a Smart TVs. I provide Bose blue-tooth speakers and Amazon Alexa’s for your enjoyment.There are two heated pools for your enjoyment with my other guests in my 8 other units.Restaurants and night life surround you here, the Atlantic Ocean beach is only 5 blocks away. Sloppy Joes and all the well known bars, coffee shops, music, galleries are a 10-15 minute walk. There is a moped/bike rental at the entrance to Center Street and a CVS across Truman for food/drinks, too.
