Family House in the pines, 30 min from Sunrise – Pets welcomed.This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet Cul-de-sac great for kids with tall ponderosa pine trees. The half acre private lot is fenced to accommodate pets. The house has a rustic feel to match the beautiful White mountains surrounding it. Your will be close to hiking, skiing, fishing, lakes, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The space is very spacious and completely furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed to ensure you can enjoying cooking while vacationing. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with lots of dresser and closet space. The bathroom off the master has a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed with dresser and closet space as well. They share a bathroom in the hall that has a bathtub/shower. All the rooms have a TV. Bedding and towels are provided along with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The Livingroom has very comfortable furniture with a TV. The den has a pool table and game table to enjoy. The yard is fenced with two separate yards. Pets are welcomed to both sides of the yard. Internet/Wifi is provided for the property as well. Parking available for multiple vehicles. Large front porch and large back deck with seating.Policies — No smoking inside the property- Pets allowed with pet deposit, no size or breed restrictions- No Parties- Must be 25 years or older to bookDisclaimer -This is an older home. It was built in 1971. It has had some upgrades but there are a few more that we are working on. We wanted to share our beautiful home and mountain with guests right away and work on those upgrades throughout the year. All upgrades are purely cosmetic however, if you come across any issues during your stay, we will be available 24/7 to rectify the issue. The house DOES NOT have A/C but there will be fans provided in every room and the house is full of windows with a wonderful cross breeze.
