Leave the kids with our foosball table or at the community center for a perfect afternoon swim (to be finished end of fall)The home is fully stocked with kitchen essential, 4-stage reverse osmosis drinking water filter and has easy access to the beach and filled with amazing mountain and ocean views. Quiet and safe neighborhood in a 24-hour gated community. Snorkeling gears for kids and adult, bodyboards, water shoes, Croc sandals, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and wagon are all available to use. Please rinse them off after use before returning them. The water hose is located on the left side of the house! If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.★ PARKING★Max 2 to 3 cars allowed in front of the driveway, and 1 parking is available inside the garage. Roadside parking is available.★PETS ★Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. 1 small size pet only with fees paid during booking.★ ENTERTAINMENT★YouTube TV (cable channels) is installed and logged into all our smart TVs, and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.★ FITNESS CENTER★The fitness and recreation center will be available for your enjoyment next door to our home in the community center around December of 2023. More details to follow!★ SECURITY★There are four exterior security cameras overlooking outwards on each side of the home for your safety. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.
