Separate den features a fireplace, comfortable sectional and 55″ streaming television. Fenced back-yard has covered patio, grill and heated outdoor surf shower to take care of the beach sand. Shed holds beach wagon, beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Outdoor games include Bocce, ladderball and cornhole sets. Easy freeway access, 1 hour to Disney, minutes to LEGOLAND.
