FAMILY Resort Home Near Disney & Universal – Private SW facing Pool + Game RoomBright and spacious family-oriented, single-story resort home in the gated community of Solterra.The living room has a large Smart TV, new furniture, and large ceiling fan.The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops.Each bedroom has a Smart TV & fan.Full-size washer & dryer in the house for you to use.Central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house including the game room.The game room includes a pool table, a ping pong table & a dart boardThe outside of our home features a large private swimming pool with southwest sun exposure, unique with no direct rear neighbors, a covered lanai, comfortable seating, sun loungers, & outdoor dining area. There is an option to add pool heat ($35/day) and/or use the BBQ grill ($75/stay).The community center is a short, 5-minute walk from our house. If you intend to use the Resort Community Pool area, the resort charges a $35 (plus tax) fee for your stay.The Neighborhood:Solterra Resort is central Florida’s premiere resort community.
