Family Retreat at Decks, Docks & Flip FlopsWelcome to your dream Beach House – Decks, Docks and Flip Flops. This beautiful creek front house has something for everyone! Located creek-front on the North end of Pawleys Island, this beach home rental offers both a covered dock and a floating dock. A perfect spot for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or just simply relaxing in a hammock and watching the marsh wildlife or beautiful sunsets over the creek. After a long day of fun, sit back and relax on the huge deck overlooking the marsh with comfortable seating for the entire family or enjoy the porch in the hammock swings and iron deck chairs. Inside Decks, Docks and Flip Flops is a charming, Five bedroom, three-bathroom creek cottage. The beach home is handicap friendly with an elevator from the ground level. There is a spacious living room complete with a coffee/smoothie bar, including a French press and milk frother. The beach is a quick 2-minute walk from the house or you can take the 4-seat golf cart to get to the fun even faster.Decks, Docks, and Flip Flops also come with access to the Summerhouse Pool Play Plaza at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort and the owners have provided a few items to make your stay even more comfortable with Pack & Plays, spare cot, 4 seat golf cart with chair rack, and two kayaks available for paddling on the creek.Please note: (5) night minimums December – March & (7) night minimums April- November (Saturday check in during Peak Season)Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions.
