Our townhome features a bright, open living space with comfortable sofas and direct access to the screened-in private pool.The private pool area includes a retractable safety net, perfect for families with young children. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals, complemented by a dining table that seats six and additional seating at the breakfast bar.There are four bedrooms, each with a TV, to sleep 10 comfortably. Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen bed. Bedroom 3 features three single/twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen and one single/twin bed.Our guests also enjoy full access to Bella Vida’s community amenities, including a clubhouse pool, fitness center, walking trails, sports courts, and a 15-acre lake area. It is located just 8 miles from Disney and near all the popular theme parks and attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping outlets.Guest Access:You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the resort amenities at Bella Vida.The Neighborhood:Bella Vida Resort is 15 minutes (8 miles) from Walt Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It includes paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.- The home’s pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge. This service is only available for reservations of 3 days or more and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.- BBQ grill rental available for an additional fee. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in.- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.- Please avoid moving furniture.- Pet-friendly with prior authorization and a $290 USD fee per stay (max 2 pets).
