We require advance 3-day notice for a later checkout.In order to reserve, we require a 50% of the total cost of the reservation along with receipt of a completed and signed rental agreement. We are not able to hold any reservations pending receipt of funds or the contract, as our property books up rapidly.IMPORTANT NOTE: 28-day minimum rental per new Palm Desert city ordinance. Please contact host for additional accommodations!Palm Desert ordinances require no parking on the street, no noise after 10 pm, and no events or parties. Our residential neighbors are important to us, so it is imperative that ordinances are followed for the living quality of our neighbors. Palm Desert city ordinances have implemented several restrictions. Only persons listed in the rental contract may occupy the home at any time, unless specifically authorized in writing by the owners. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the City for breaches of any by-laws. All fines plus an administration fee of $500/fine as well as any extra charges incurred will be deducted from the Damage Protection Deposit before any refund is issued. Please be advised that parties and excessive noise are prohibited at our Hacienda getaway. Our guests are expected to follow the city restrictions and to treat the property and our neighbors respectfully.* Renter is responsible for utility costs past $250
