There are 7 spacious bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds and connecting bathrooms. As well as a newly added custom bunk bed room, which contains two double beds for bottom bunks and two twin beds for top bunks, plus a twin trundle bed. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds, connecting bathrooms and a beautiful sitting area, which overlooks the views from the canal, right outside the second-floor window. The open Master bedroom is also located on the second floor and has a lovely sitting room perfect for a place to relax, read, or just take in the beauty of the ocean from your back window. The Master bathroom is nice and airy providing plenty of space to get ready. It has a separate watering closet, jacuzzi tub and stand-alone shower. Each bedroom has great closets which allows guests plenty of space to put their belongings.The living room, dining area and kitchen feature an open floor concept allowing guests to be able to enjoy each other’s company while cooking a family dinner or playing card games around the table, all while taking in breathtaking oceanfront views. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space, a large pantry, two refrigerators, and is stocked with all your essential kitchen needs. The living room provides an adequate amount of seating for large families to entertain, unwind, or have a family movie night during a rain shower. The bottom level also has a full bathroom with a shower, connected to a large laundry room which will house all your beach towels, clothes, and more. The laundry room also serves a mudroom that has its own entryway off the back porch letting you drop your wet towels and sandy swimsuits right where they need to be. Don’t worry, you always have the option of heading straight to the outdoor shower to continue enjoying the nice breeze from the ocean too.Being located on the West End of the island means that you can appreciate your walk out to your beach access without worrying about finding a spot for your family to sit.
