Description

Beautiful views of Lake Michigan and access to shared association beach. With 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and open living area there is plenty of space for your friends and family. The first level features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sitting area that would be a great hangout spot for the kids in your group. There is also a 2 car garage with a Tesla charging station.The second level is open concept kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace, screened in porch area perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset over the Lake. The kitchen has beautiful quartz counter tops and top of line appliances for all your cooking needs. Directly off the kitchen you will find the laundry room and a pantry.The third level houses the large master bedroom and ensuite with soaker tub and walk in shower. Sliding glass door leads out to a private balcony. Two more bedrooms and full bath complete this level.The tram will take you down to the revetment and from there you can take stairs down to the beach but because of high water levels and the everchanging shoreline I can not guarantee how much beach there will be. The public beaches will be open and are a short drive away.
